The need

One of KADEM’s corporate objectives was for its working processes in projects, R&D and external relations to evolve, in line with the organisation’s goals, into a structure that produces more comprehensive projects, conducts research and presents a more planned, active and influential profile in external relations. The lack of shared implementation tools and quality management processes to support the organisation’s strategic objectives made it difficult for the relevant units to run project processes consistently and sustainably. In response to this need, Force & Brothers reviewed KADEM’s existing processes and carried out a five-year corporate analysis, training and consultancy programme.

02

Force & Brothers’ approach

Throughout the five-year programme, Force & Brothers provided consultancy to KADEM on project management, advocacy and R&D, quality management and management consultancy processes. Our team organised capacity building training for the relevant units and created shared methods and documents for use in project processes.

03

Outcome

By the end of the programme, KADEM’s project, R&D and external relations processes had been given a standard structure through shared methods and documents. As a result, the organisation gained stronger corporate capacity to support its strategic objectives and a sustainable quality management infrastructure. Over the five-year period, funding was secured for more than 15 projects for KADEM, and the projects were implemented. The work also produced policy documents, research notes and review studies for KADEM concerning Türkiye. Support was provided in establishing KADEM’s quality management system, and the EFQM quality model was implemented. Within this framework, KADEM completed a long and successful journey from entry level to 5-star level.
