Migration and Social Cohesion

Migration and forced displacement are a global issue that calls for multidimensional and holistic solutions, from education and employment to social cohesion and local development.

At Force & Brothers, we carry out our work on migration, refugees and social cohesion with an inclusive approach that centres on empowering individuals, improving access to basic services, increasing participation in economic life and strengthening social cohesion between refugees and host communities.

We analyse the needs of different target groups and regions, and develop solutions at different stages of the project cycle: from research and needs analysis to project design, from field implementation to capacity development, and from monitoring and evaluation to visibility and communication. In this way, we develop work that does not merely respond to short-term needs but strengthens individual and institutional capacity and aims to create long-term social impact.

  • Access to education, school enrolment and strengthening education infrastructure
  • Developing social cohesion, social inclusion and community resilience
  • Vocational training, skills development, employment and entrepreneurship
  • Strengthening local capacity in regions heavily affected by the refugee presence
  • Supporting access to livelihoods and economic empowerment
  • Developing and implementing cash and in-kind support mechanisms
  • Research, needs analysis, monitoring, evaluation and impact analysis
  • Awareness, visibility and strategic communication

In its work on migration, Force & Brothers aims to develop evidence-based, practicable and sustainable solutions by addressing the needs of refugees together with the social and economic dynamics of host communities.

Public Health and Health Policy

At the foundation of effective public health policy lie understanding a community's health needs accurately, identifying risks through scientific methods and turning the resulting data into practicable solutions.

At Force & Brothers, we carry out our work in public health around evidence-based policy development, research and data analysis, behaviour change, preventive health approaches and improving programme effectiveness.

We design research to understand the health status, health behaviours and risk factors that communities face; using quantitative and qualitative methods together, we assess the needs of different population groups and the effects of existing interventions. We turn the findings into information that public institutions, international organisations and civil society actors can use at the policy, programme and implementation levels.

Our research and consultancy approach covers a broad range of services, from field research to needs and situation analyses, from policy and legislation reviews to monitoring and evaluation, and from stakeholder analysis to behaviour change and strategic communication work.

  • Tobacco control and monitoring the effects of the tobacco industry
  • Researching health behaviours and risk factors
  • Work on preventing obesity and non-communicable diseases
  • Road safety and injury prevention
  • Community-based health research and large-scale field studies
  • Analyses of health policies, legislation and implementation
  • Needs analysis, monitoring, evaluation and impact analysis
  • Behaviour change, awareness and strategic communication

In public health, Force & Brothers aims to strengthen the link between scientific evidence and policy and practice, and to contribute to creating measurable and sustainable solutions that improve community health.

Women and Family Studies

Women's participation in social, economic and public life with strong and equal opportunities is one of the fundamental elements of inclusive and sustainable development.

At Force & Brothers, we carry out our work on women's studies and gender justice with a focus on women's empowerment, improving access to opportunities and resources, increasing participation in working life and decision-making mechanisms, and reducing the structural barriers that affect women.

We analyse, using evidence-based methods, the needs, inequalities and opportunities that women face in different areas of life, and we develop solutions that turn research findings into policy, programmes and practice. To this end, we work together with public institutions, international organisations, the private sector and civil society organisations, providing consultancy and technical support at different stages, from research to policy development, from capacity development to programme design, and from implementation to monitoring and impact evaluation.

In our work, we treat women not as a single, homogeneous group but as individuals whose needs vary with age, education, employment status, socioeconomic conditions and different vulnerabilities, and we care that the interventions we develop take these differences into account.

  • Strengthening women's access to employment and economic opportunities
  • Women's entrepreneurship, skills development and economic empowerment
  • Increasing women's participation in decision-making mechanisms, civil society and public life
  • Combating violence against women, harassment, discrimination and rights violations
  • Improving women's and girls' access to basic rights and services
  • Developing women-friendly institutions, policies and working environments
  • Research, needs analysis and policy development from a gender justice perspective
  • Programme monitoring, evaluation and impact analysis
  • Advocacy, awareness and strategic communication work

In its work on women's studies, Force & Brothers aims to bring evidence-based research together with practicable policies and programmes, and to develop solutions that make a lasting contribution to women's empowerment and social transformation.

Circular Economy and Sustainability

For institutions and economies, the green transition is not merely an environmental obligation; it is one of the fundamental elements of competitiveness, resilience, innovation and sustainable growth.

At Force & Brothers, we carry out our work on the green transition, the circular economy and sustainability with a focus on reducing environmental impacts, using resources more efficiently, strengthening institutions' capacity for transformation and developing sustainable policies and business models.

We support public institutions, the private sector, international organisations and civil society in adapting to changing environmental, economic and regulatory conditions; by analysing the needs and capacity that the green transition requires, we develop practicable roadmaps and solution models. In our work, we address environmental sustainability together with its economic and social dimensions, and we care that the transformation is reflected in institutional processes and practice rather than remaining at the level of targets.

To this end, we provide consultancy and technical support at different stages of the transformation process, from research and situation analysis to strategy and policy development, from capacity development to project design, and from stakeholder engagement to monitoring and evaluation.

  • Developing green transition strategies and roadmaps
  • Circular economy and resource efficiency
  • Sustainable production and consumption models

  • Corporate sustainability and capacity development
  • Research, needs analysis, monitoring and impact evaluation for the green transition
  • Stakeholder engagement, awareness and strategic communication

By treating the green transition as a holistic process that requires economic, social and institutional transformation together, beyond environmental goals, Force & Brothers aims to help institutions build competitive and sustainable structures that adapt to changing conditions.

Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship is an important area of transformation that turns innovative ideas into sustainable business models, creates new economic and social value, and enables individuals to develop their own opportunities in a changing world.

At Force & Brothers, we shape our approach to entrepreneurship with the “Forcepreneurship” mindset, which is also part of our company culture. We treat entrepreneurship not only as setting up new businesses but as the whole of the processes of innovation, skills development, economic empowerment, job creation and sustainable value production.

We analyse the needs of entrepreneurs and of the institutions in the entrepreneurship ecosystem; we design programmes that support aspiring entrepreneurs at different stages, from the idea stage to business model development, and from capacity development to finance and market access. At the same time, we carry out research, programme design, implementation and evaluation work to develop entrepreneurship ecosystems for public institutions, international organisations, the private sector, universities and civil society organisations.

In our work, we take into account the needs and opportunities that different groups of entrepreneurs face, and we care about making entrepreneurship more inclusive and accessible.

  • Developing youth entrepreneurship
  • Women's entrepreneurship and women's economic empowerment
  • Social entrepreneurship and business models focused on social impact
