The core motivation of every expert working in development is to produce analyses and projects that create impact. As Force & Brothers, we focus on overcoming complex problems with limited resources, and we work tirelessly to make a difference in this field.
As we develop solutions to the problems in our areas of interest without leaving anyone behind, we do not merely contribute to an inclusive development journey; we also become a source of motivation for the institutions we strengthen and the individuals we support as they overcome future challenges.
Recently, it has been a great source of pride for us to see our expert team's signature on many projects, including Pendik YETGİM, which creates innovative service models for building skills suited to the labour market; the Ministry of National Education, which meets the growing need for education infrastructure after migration; KADEM, which has become Türkiye's pioneering NGO in the field of women's studies; İnovasyonda Kadın (Women in Innovation), which supports innovative women's entrepreneurship; Yapay Zekada Kadın (Women in AI), which uses artificial intelligence as an equalising force in women's access to the business world and their empowerment; Denizli OSB (Denizli Organised Industrial Zone), which brought Denizli its second technology development zone; Coding4Win, which strengthens the digital literacy skills of women who are not in education or employment; and the Kimya Teknoloji Merkezi (Chemical Technology Centre), an important part of our country's national technology initiative.
