What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files that a website you visit stores in your browser. They help the website recognise you when you return and measure how it is used.
Which cookies do we use?
Our website uses only Google Analytics analytics cookies, and they are set only if you consent. We do not set any cookies of our own for sessions, accounts or advertising.
- _ga (Google Analytics cookie): Used to distinguish one visitor from another. Retention period: 2 years.
- _ga_XQS08RP5X8 (Google Analytics cookie): Used to store session information. Retention period: 2 years.
Google Analytics connects to Google’s own domains to take its measurements. The visual effects on the home page are loaded from jsDelivr, Unicorn Studio and Google Firebase; these services process your IP address in order to deliver the content.
How can you manage cookies?
You can accept or reject analytics cookies in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Your choice is kept in your browser’s local storage and can be changed at any time with the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of the page; if you reject them, any Google Analytics cookies already set are deleted. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. You can also stop Google Analytics from collecting your data with Google’s opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Refusing analytics cookies does not affect your use of the website.
