The survey aims to produce reliable and comparable data on the frequency of alcohol, tobacco and drug use and on digital gaming among the population aged 15–64 in Türkiye, as well as on related attitudes and behaviours. The findings are expected to support the evaluation of efforts to combat addiction and the development of evidence-based policies and practices.
The fieldwork is being carried out in 26 provinces across Türkiye between 14 September and 31 December 2026. Face-to-face interviews are being held with individuals aged 15–64 living in households randomly selected through the Address-Based Population Registration System. The data collected will then be analysed and reported in line with the survey’s objectives.
Drawing on our experience in social research, data analysis and project management, we are pleased to contribute to the scientific evidence needed in the fight against addiction. We would like to thank Yeşilay for entrusting us with this comprehensive survey, and everyone who has supported the study through their participation.
